We loved the clean and cozy single room at A&O Dresden. the proximity to the tram station made exploring the old city a breeze. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Rooms incredibly small but clean. Great location (close to almost everything), staff OK, bit too noisy at times but but nothing unbearable.

I was just surprised by the size of the rooms: really small! A bit more stringency when it comes to the hygiene in the dining room wouldn't hurt...

Conveniently located near the train station, the A&O hostel in Dresden offered clean dorms and bathrooms. I appreciated the nice common areas where I could relax and socialize with other travelers. I would recommend this hostel for its location and cleanliness.

Some loud guests in the middle of the night. We stayed in an A&O hostel/hotel in Berlin that put families on a separate floor/wing. That worked nicely as there were no drunk and/or loud guests returning to nearby rooms when we were all trying to sleep.

Very helpful receptionist, good and functional bathroom, good noise attenuation, breakfast was good.

Too cramped space around the bed.

I recently stayed at A&O in Dresden for a few nights while exploring the city. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed, with each bed equipped with a USB charger and light. The common areas were inviting, with a variety of snacks available for purchase and helpful brochures about the city. I was impressed by the added convenience of an ATM and a power bank in the waiting room. The staff, all young and friendly, made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience and would rate A&O with 5 stars.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

our honeymoon in dresden was unforgettable, and a&o made it even better. the hotel's great location and helpful staff made exploring the city a breeze. we loved the convenience of having a supermarket nearby and the option to rent bicycles. our clean room and reliable wifi were just what we needed after a long day of sightseeing.

uncomfortable beds

The hotel staffs all speak english, such a good thing when you don't even understand a word of german!

Walls and doors are like paper, so when you're trying to have a rest it sucks.

Overall good value for money - also quite nice breakfast (for such a small price). Room was very clean. Because the hotel is located in residental area there are no parking zones, hence you can park there for free. Welcome drink for free as well!

Still it's a bit more hostel than hotel thus the furniture in the room is more functional than luxury :-)

The location of this hotel was perfect for a city break. It was just a short walk to the city center and the train station was nearby, making it convenient to explore the area. the budget-friendly price was also a great advantage, perfect for travelers on a tight budget. the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. It was a great way to start the day with a variety of options to choose from.

The size of the room was quite small, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially for bigger people. the beds were also not the most comfortable, and the pillows were extremely flat.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional for only four euros per day. A wide variety of items were available.

The breakfast dining room was extremely crowded and rather hectic, so a quiet breakfast was out of the question.
